President - Sean Mulholland
|
President of Mulholland Investigation and Computer Forensics, spent several years as a Sergeant with the New York Police Department, New York City, where he received several citations for meritorious and excellent police duty. During his tenure with the NYPD, Mr. Mulholland worked with the Tactical Patrol Force; Street Crime Unit and was a Confidential Investigator to the First Deputy Police Commissioner.
Mr. Mulholland is a certified legal investigator, fraud examiner and protection professional. He is also an adjunct professor at several local universities and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Brunswick, GA. He founded Mulholland Investigation and Forensics in 1997.He has previously served as President.

Vice President - Herb Ellis
|
Herb Ellis came to Jacksonville on assignment as a Naval Officer stationed at NAS Mayport
as the Air Wing Staff MMCO and later retired after completing his 2nd Masters in Business.
His military career prepared him first as a computer systems technician and later as an Aero
Space Maintenance Office. He’s trained and experienced in all aspects of computer systems and
networking technologies and systems security. He has taught computer and networking
technologies locally for both FCCJ and UNF and currently teaches for Kaplan College.
Herb holds 3 graduate level masters degrees in Information Technology, Education and in
Business Management and various professional certifications. He currently teaches courses
ranging from basic computer networking and Cisco CCNA/CCNP skill levels to more advanced
network security IDS/IPS, Firewalled systems. He is an IT leader in the area as he has
trained many of the local IT professionals. He regularly conducts the ITT Bachelor of
Science “Capstone” courses where his students conduct IT infrastructure security threat
and analysis for local businesses as their final course project, recently completing one
on the entire “City of Jacksonville” infrastructure and is always looking for other interested
businesses interested in a free threat assessment.

Treasurer - Robert Lacy
|
Robert Lacy has served in various positions of increasing responsibility in the field of Information Technology since 1996. Positions held include Systems Engineer II, Computer Operator, Network Technician, Network Administrator, and most recently was appointed to Network Manager. Robert has proudly worked for various companies including Bank of America, America Online (AOL), Bombardier, and currently Logistics Services International, Inc.
